In the middle of the night, I was moved to capture the image of this window in my room that represented so much of my hope for intimacy. Wilted gerbera daisies and a votive candle are in the window sill, holding vigil as I meditated on Song of Songs 2:8-14 while keeping the camera shutter open and still for about 10 seconds.
